Recruitment Philosophy

Quality cannot be rushed.

This is something we believe at Recruitcha.

Other agencies focus on time-to-fill, and filling seats.

We focus on finding people who stay through multiple funding rounds, are loyal, and productive to your organization.

This means most of the candidates we speak with will not be selected.

We hold ourselves to an exceptionally high bar, not only in our vetting, but as a company.

These are the characteristics we look for that meet the Recruitcha Gold Standard:

  • Experience at a legitimate, US-based, VC-backed product company
  • Minimum C2 English fluency (the highest international standard for foreign speakers)
  • Consistent career track record both in duration at previous employers, and occupation
  • Passed at least 2 reference checks with previous managers, not co-workers
  • Has demonstrated exceptional ability in their field, and a deep understanding of their tools and tech stack

This is our philosophy when it comes to recruiting.

We recognize there are a slim few who meet these criteria, but time and again individuals with this profile have had the greatest success with our clients.

Other agencies may present more profiles, and more quickly, but we believe quality cannot be rushed.

We don't believe in racing to fill a seat, only to have to let that person go soon after, and restarting the process.

We aim, always, to get it right the first time.
